When you set up the Outlook app on your iPhone or iPad, there is a default signature that most users elect to change. The steps are provided below.
1. Open Outlook on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap the Menu icon iOS menu icon in the upper left corner of the Outlook screen.
3. Tap the Gear icon ios gear icon in the lower left corner of the Outlook screen.
4. Tap Signature.
5. Revise signature as desired.
6. Tap the check mark in the upper left corner of the Signature screen.
7. Tap the X in the upper left corner of the Signature screen.
