How to Register on ADP iPayStatements using the ADP Portal
1. Go to http://www.laddinc.net, click on Employee Login
2. Enter your LADD user name and password to log into the website (same as you do for training, etc.)
3. You will now see the employee Self-Service menu, select Human Resources
4. Click on the black and red icon.
5. You will see Welcome, let’s get you started; n the white box where you see Registration Code, enter
LADD-pay (LADD must be all capital letters)
6. Click next
7. You will be asked if you want to set up an account with Living Alternatives,, click yes
8. Enter the requested information on the “Help Us Find You” screen. Please enter your first and last name as it appears on your most recent pay statement.
9. Select Last 4 Digits of SSN, EIN, or ITIN, enter
10. Enter your birth month and day only, not the year
11. Click next
12. Follow the prompts on the screen and enter personal information and answer security questions.
Once you have completed the registration, click on Workforce Now and log in. There are two different view options for your pay statements which are sorted by pay date with the most recent listed first. By clicking on either, you will see your pay statement for that pay period which looks exactly like the paper copy you have been receiving. You also have the ability to print it if necessary. .
Another great feature is that you download the mobile app to your phone, feel free to take advantage of this!

It is important for you to understand that with this new benefit to you, as of January 1, 2016, it will be your responsibility to retrieve copies of your pay statements or W2 ‘s.
If there is a discrepancy with your payroll, please contact your manager or supervisor before contacting Human Resources.
